Quote and contact forms collect the details you provide so Loop Materials can respond to your inquiry. Quote requests include your selected material, quantity, delivery ZIP code and timing. Name and email are required; phone, company and additional notes are optional.
Request records
When online submission is connected, requests are stored using Amazon Web Services. A confirmed quote summary is kept temporarily in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so you can review it. Personal form details are not placed in the page URL or sent as analytics event parameters.
